PLEASE NOTE: The Missouri Court of Appeals, Western District, originally scheduled the above Special Division to hear live oral arguments for this Special Session docket at the Margaritaville Lake Resort.

The Western District has provided the following updated Docket Notice:

SPECIAL DIVISION: THIS DIVISION WILL SIT ON SEPTEMBER 16, 2021, AS PART OF A SPECIAL SESSION OF THE MISSOURI DWI INSTITUTE. THE ARGUMENTS, WHICH WILL BE VIDEO-RECORDED FOR THE CONFERENCE, WILL TAKE PLACE HERE AT THE COURT OF APPEALS BEGINNING AT 2:00P.M.

The video-recorded arguments will be replayed during this session's scheduled time, after which the panel will be available via live-stream for questions from attendees. You can submit questions ahead of time here or in real time through the Zoom platform.
