Janine Arvizu is a chemist (BS Biochemistry California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo; and ABD chemistry University of New Mexico) and Certified Quality Auditor (American Society for Quality #19856) who has spent nearly four decades in the field of analytical measurement quality. Chuck Rathburn is a nationally recognized attorney, expert witness and speaker who focuses his practice on OWI (DUI) defense in the State of Indiana.
