Menus are selected in advance, and meals are prepared to serve attendees in a banquet setting. Individuals with food allergies or intolerances, as well as those with religious or social beliefs, such as kosher or vegetarian, must submit their requests in writing at least three (3) weeks prior to the conference. While every effort will be made to provide for guests with dietary restrictions, it is not possible to accommodate popular, weight-loss diets or alternative meal choices at this event.
CANCELLATIONS must be received in writing addressed to email@example.com. Cancellations received by August 30, 2022, will receive a full refund. Cancellations received after August 30, 2022, but prior to September 13, 2022, will result in a refund of 50% of the registration fee. No refunds will be issued after September 13, 2022. Registration may be transferable if cancelled after September 27, 2022.
