The Missouri Court of Appeals session will be open to any member of the public without cost.

By September 1, 2021, you will receive an email invitation from The Missouri DWI Institute, LLC, inviting you to become a member of this website in order to access course materials prior to attendance. You must then activate your website membership and set up a password to gain access to course materials and handouts.* Course materials and handouts will not be uploaded prior to September 1, 2021.

Menus are selected in advance, and meals are prepared to serve attendees in a banquet setting. Individuals with food allergies or intolerances, as well as those with religious or social beliefs, such as kosher or vegetarian, must submit their requests in writing at least three (3) weeks prior to the conference. While every effort will be made to provide for guests with dietary restrictions, it is not possible to accommodate popular, weight-loss diets or alternative meal choices at this event.
CANCELLATIONS must be received in writing addressed to email@example.com. If you cannot attend, a colleague may attend in your place if he or she could have registered at the same price. Cancellations received by August 19, 2021, will receive a full refund. Cancellations received after August 19, 2021 but prior to September 1, 2021, will result in a refund of 50% of the registration fee. No refunds will be issued after September 1, 2021, but the registrant will receive password-protected access to the electronic course materials in full consideration of tuition paid. If the registrant does not attend the live program, the registrant understands the hours may be restricted to self-study credit only, at the sole discretion of the licensing bar.
